Pectin used in skincare and cosmetics products like foundation, hair dye, shampoo, lotion, nail polish, and lip balm. It is also found in found in hair colour products and shampoos.

Pectin is extensively used in the cosmetic industry in products like powders and eye shadows, as a stabiliser and thickener.
