To maintain the integrity of our artisanal products, you can return a selection within 7 days of delivery only if:
- AUnopened and unused with original packaging and seals intact.
- BReceived damaged, defective, or leaked during transit.
- CA wrong product was delivered vs the order placed.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions or a pickup window.
Free Pickup
A courier will be arranged to collect the product from your location within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our botanical atelier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please report any transit discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt to ensure immediate resolution.

Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? We offer a strict 2-hour window post-order for cancellations. Once the shipment has been dispatched from our house, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel after this window, you must wait for delivery and initiate a standard return. Return shipping charges may apply.
